This policy is available for first-time purchases, as part of our commitment to helping you find the ritual that truly suits you.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items, except under the First-Time Buyer Trial Guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
