We also offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for destinations outside Australia and New Zealand will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to feel confident when trying MÙRA for the first time.
For first-time customers only, each order includes a complimentary mini trial piece, so you can experience our herbal shampoo bar before committing fully.
30-Day Trial & Full Refund
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The full-size shampoo bar is returned

The product is not fully used or damaged

The request is made within 30 days of delivery
Once the returned full-size item is received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds (General)
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items, except under the First-Time Buyer Trial Guarantee.
